Shipping

Shipping is done through the most economical and reliable carriers at the time of shipping. We value your business and will make every effort to provide you with excellent customer service. We ask that you take note of your purchase date and take this into consideration when requesting information about your order. Most outdoor gear will ship within 2-3 business days. Vehicle accessories typically ship within 2 weeks depending on the item and the required service. Special order items are subject to longer lead times. We will do our best to communicate thoroughly your order status in the event of shipping delays, inventory issues, etc. In the event of a shipping issue (non-delivery, damaged package, wrong item, etc.) Please communicate with us your issue as soon as possible and thoroughly and we will work to make whatever the issue is right.

Pricing

We strive to keep updated pricing that is always competitive (and usually winning). Certain brands have MAP or minimum advertised pricing. We will always hold to this pricing as it creates a fair market on those items. We will typically match prices with any retailer within reason. Should another dealer promote pricing that is below the brands MAP, we will not be able to meet or beat that price. We value both our customers and the companies we are privileged to represent. We will always strive to sell with integrity and the good of everyone in mind.

Quotes

Quotes on merchandise and services are good through the date listed on the official estimate. Due to a constantly changing market regarding item availability and shipping, a new estimate will be required before finalizing a purchase after the date on the initial estimate. Item availability is also subject to our distributors and availability is not guaranteed beyond the date of the invoice. We will make every effort to inform a customer of items in a “low stock” situation.

Returns

Items qualifying for return due to damage in shipping, manufacturer’s malfunction, or incorrect item shipping may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a normal return. All other returns will require special authorization. You may submit your return request via the regular website contact form.
